Reward redemptions will be temporarily unavailable
We're upgrading our rewards systems so redemptions will be unavailable between 20 to 27 May 2024 on all platforms.
From 28 May 2024 onwards, all Reward Points redemptions can only be made via the HSBC Singapore app.
What can you expect once we've made the upgrade?
- You'll be able to see your total Reward Points across all your HSBC credit cards in one place, on the HSBC Singapore app.
- Your unused Reward Points will be reflected under 'Points adjusted' instead of 'Points carried forward' in the 'Rewards summary box' on your first statement after the upgrade.
- If your statement date falls on 21, 23, 24 or 25 May, you'll see 0 Reward Points in your account. But you'll see your latest points in the HSBC Singapore app after we finish the upgrade on 28 May 2024. They'll also be reflected in your June statement.

Redeem your points for over 20,000 items and gift cards. Get your merchandise delivered to your door or access your gift cards right away via the Carlton One portal.
Pay with Points
Redeem your points and put them towards your spending. Start from just 4,000 Reward Points for every SGD10, and 400 Reward Points for every SGD1 after that.

Redeem your points for miles with our airline partners such as British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines and many more.
Hotel stays
Redeem your points for hotel points with Accor Live Limitless, IHG One Rewards or Marriott Bonvoy and enjoy free hotel stays at over 10,000 hotels worldwide.
