The following journeys will be impacted (for FIN holders only) –
Credit cards and Loans - To apply for credit cards or loans during this period, please fill out the online form manually and upload your supporting documents. We may reach out to request for you to provide your Myinfo income.
Mobile and Tablet Banking Apps - You will not be able to retrieve government data for SGFindex and Account Opening. To apply for an Everyday Global Account during this period, please verify your identity via HSBC Photo ID instead.
Alternatively, you may access the applications after system maintenance is complete.
