Securities (Equity Trading)

Service is only applicable for HSBC customers aged 21 years and above. HSBC Securities Equity Trading Services are governed by Terms and Conditions, including without limitation to all the terms and conditions contained in the Investment Account Opening Booklet (as the same is amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time).   

You will have to undergo a Customer Account Review (CAR) in order to trade in securities defined as listed Specified Investment Products (SIPs), and acknowledge the Risk Warning Statement (RWS) to trade in overseas listed securities.

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking does not accept purchase orders, sell orders and share transfer-in requests for PTP securities. We can only facilitate a Free of Payment (FOP) transfer out of PTP securities provided there is no change of legal title and beneficial ownership.
